Best Books of 2024

Over the last few years I have been recovering from the reading slump that being an overworked full-time student had put me in, but after 2024 I think I can officially say I have been cured! 

I will admit that my 60 books of 2024 was only accomplishable thanks to maternity leave and audiobooks; however, this is something I'm incredibly proud of for myself and also know I will likely never complete again. Additionally, for the first time ever I did read all of the books for book club this year!

This book is good however it is also very disturbing... McFadden has a way of making me remember her books. This one included!

If you loved ACOTAR then you should 100% read the other books! She does tie in the worlds, but you can read any of them as standalone books. Of the tie in series this is my favorite. It was recommended to me by the members of my book club to start with The Assassin's Blade as it is the prequel and that is how I read them and I would recommend reading them that way!

I didn't read these when they became popular, and I'm sad that I didn't. Honestly I read both of them in a day in a half and I cannot wait for Onyx Storm.
